Programmer with 10 years of commercial experience in building web applications. Previously worked as a backend and frontend developer, then managed teams of other developers.

Currently, he controls the course of projects throughout the company, managing a team of more than 35 specialists - project managers, programmers, graphic designers and testers are working under his wing. In addition, he deals with financial forecasts, cost control of all company departments and project profitability calculations.

Professional career
Before I started working at Fingoweb, my experience in web application development was mainly limited to hobby projects and freelance assignments. It wasn't until I got involved in commercial projects at Fingoweb that I was able to develop my skills enough to become not only a programmer, but also the person responsible for overseeing the implementation of projects.
Joining Fingoweb
My adventure with Fingoweb began in 2014 with the role of PHP developer. Over time, while expanding my knowledge and competencies, I also began to get involved in projects as a frontend developer. This allowed me to comprehensively lead the company's initiatives and better understand the technical and organizational challenges at various stages of the project. As a result, having experience and in-depth knowledge of the entire life cycle of IT projects, I was able to successfully take on the role of coordinator of project teams. My work as a programmer gave me a solid understanding of client and team needs, which is invaluable in my current position.
Fingoweb development
The company's rapid growth, increase in headcount, and the scale of its projects required bringing in new project managers and adjusting the organizational structure to meet the growing demands of expansion. As COO, I played a key role in setting up the project management department, developing the necessary procedures, and ensuring that projects are implemented successfully. Currently, I am also in charge of financial issues and departmental coordination, which is crucial to the effective implementation of projects.
