Fingoweb delivered a complete web application design solution for managing machine safety audits in industrial environments.The focus was on creating intuitive processes, clear navigation and a scalable interface to enhance the user experience. Our design team created both the application interface for the audit management system and a fully responsive website, ensuring seamless interaction across devices. Also simplified visually the processes for managing machines, contractors and reports for auditors in the app.

UX/UI Design:

Analyzed competing systems and tools to identify best practices and unique features that could impact the project.
Created wireframes to outline core features like machine management, task automation,  and AI report generation. The focus was on layout, user flows and information architecture.
The focus was on a clear, accessible UI with clear typography, proper spacing and visual hierarchies to help users perform tasks efficiently. A professional but approachable aesthetic tailored for business use was a priority.
All designs were optimized for multiple devices (desktops, tablets, mobile devices) to maintain functionality and usability on different screen sizes.
A landing page was designed to showcase the platform’s features, benefits and key selling points, targeting audit firms and other potential users.
Developed a comprehensive design system with reusable components such as buttons, forms, icons and modals, ensuring consistency across the platform.
