The IT business analyst, through collaboration with our clients, collects, analyzes requirements, reconciles and records data for the planned work on the project. Maintains constant contact with the project team while creating functional requirements.
analysis of business and system requirements for ongoing projects,
supporting customers in making key decisions at each stage of product development,
identification and collection of user needs, requirements and goals by conducting meetings with business stakeholders,
preparation and verification of use cases,
cooperation with the team, including the project manager, system architect, testers and developers, in the development of functional requirements,
creating clear documentation based on the information collected.
min 1.5 year experience as an analyst in IT projects,
communication and presentation skills,
ability to firmly negotiate the scope of work with customers,
communicate in Polish (knowledge level: min. C1),
fluency in English to communicate freely with clients and create documentation,
creativity and willingness to develop web applications from scratch for various industries.
basic knowledge of programming,
basic knowledge of UX concepts,
basic knowledge of UML.
