
Junior Project Manager
Junior Project Manager is a person gaining his first experience in project management. Under the supervision of more experienced managers, he organizes and monitors the work of the team, prepares schedules and ensures the effective implementation of the project. Through effective communication and cooperation with the team and clients, he or she gradually leads increasingly complex projects.

What is not necessary but welcome and will make you surprise us in a positive way?

experience min. 1 year working in a software house or in another industry as a team leader,
-
college degree or is in the process of studying (IT is welcome),
-
basic knowledge in the area of software development and IT infrastructure,
-
experience in managing the budget, scope and schedule of projects,
-
knowledge ofproject management principles and methodologies e.g. Agile,
-
knowledge of project/task management software e.g. Jira, Asana,
-
flexibility in situations of change and resilience to stress,
-
ability to build relationships,
-
natural leadership skills,
-
courage to carry out challenging projects.
What will be the scope of your tasks?

coordination of interesting, innovative technological projects,

pre-collection of requirements,

cooperation with teams of developers and testers,

monitoring the implementation of the schedule,

supervising the team's working time,

controlling project budgets,
-
scheduling the availability of needed specialists and supervising the team's time,

reporting,
-
support in building and maintaining relationships with domestic and international customers,
-
presenting the results of work,
-
cooperation with other company departments and management.
