
Proestima.io is an advanced machinery park management application designed for industrial plants, machinery manufacturers and auditing companies. Increasing safety requirements for machinery and new complex technologies of machine construction require assessments of compliance with current regulations and safety standards.
The main goal of the project was to create a tool that will improve the daily work of those responsible for supervising the machinery fleet, machine safety and thus increasing the efficiency of company management.
Project goals:
- Enable simple management of the machinery park in industrial plants,,
- Enable machine manufacturers and auditors to perform machine conformity assessment,
- Implementing AI module to support auditors in creating machine risk assessment reports,
- Preparing a database of machines, document templates, checklist templates for quick and easy safety audits,
- Creation of a database of machine documentation, easily accessible to users of a given enterprise,
- Expansion of the system with the ability to manage machine failures and automatic orders,
- Creating a system that can be scaled in the future.

Solution:
The Fingoweb team developed an advanced machinery park management system that enables machine users, machine manufacturers and auditors to conduct effective machine safety assessments. The proestima.io system saves time through the use of ready-made documents and the support of an artificial intelligence module that significantly speeds up work by automating the creation of detailed hazard descriptions and the generation of compliance reports.
Main features of the system:
- Machine and contractor management – assigning machines to appropriate locations and managing the hierarchy of contractors (plants, halls, departments, machines).
- AI module – automatic completion of risk assessment reports, generation of hazard descriptions, and prediction of machinery compliance with standards based on data entered by the auditor.
- Report generation – automatic generation of risk assessment reports and checklists, which can be personalized by the user.
- Work order automation – a module that allows the creation of cyclical tasks, such as machine repairs or part replacements, which facilitates service management.

AI solution:
The AI module implemented in proestima.io assists auditors by automatically generating detailed hazard descriptions based on brief inputs. The system analyzes data about machines and hazards, automatically populating the relevant fields in reports, such as the machine’s life cycle phase, types of hazards, affected individuals, and the associated risks. This allows auditors to create documentation much faster while ensuring full compliance with safety standards.
Automated testing:
The system was thoroughly tested using automated tests in Cypress, ensuring stability and high product quality.
Proestima.io is a developmental project that in the future will be available to all machine manufacturers, machine users and auditing companies in a subscription model, providing them with a modern tool for machine management, machine safety and machine compliance.
